Havard
Still nearly 4 litres It's about 20% less for a US gallon (3.8L) to a UK (4.55)... Maybe the government should change our prices fo they match pro-rata.......... H.

Al Massey
they dont do state pensions anymore so the pension you get is already taken from your wages only the services and postal gets it from the government now,nhs aint free, tax pays for it but you have to buy ya own prescription and in the us they have ins to cover all thet? so whos better off? lust2luv
$3.35 is so expensive! They were paying about $1.40 a couple of years back! I'm sure I filled up at $1.19 in Indiana around 6 years ago, prices had broken the terrifying $2 barrier, so Indiana removed all tax from fuel to give people a break! heckler
talking to the "locals" the moan about the price of fuel, then I tell them how much UK fuel is - then they shut up
toyotasuprauk
For the Americans that is really expensive! I've just looked at a photo from my holiday in 2003 and it was $1.52 a gallon. At the same time ours was 81.9 pence a litre for normal unleaded so if ours had gone up the same percentage we would be paying about £1.70 a gallon and I would certainly not be driving a 20mpg Supra! Still we have the NHS which unfortunately for me I’ve got my moneys worth out of.
