Sharpie
Why is it that insurance companies software applications will only have single digit entries when it comes to the No Claims Discount number of years ? For the last 4 years, the policies that I have been issued with are, not 100% accurate. Not that it has anything to do with me with holding information, I always state that I have XX years NCD but, the forms always come back with 9yrs NCD on them. Yes, I understand that anything over 5yrs NCD is a waste of time so, why have such a scheme or an application that only runs up to 9yrs ??? no logic ??? Stop at 5yrs or just keep on running.... why 9yrs ? So, this year I have 13 years NCD protected but, the form will only say 9yrs.......if the information that I provided was not 100% and I tried to make a claim.....I'm sure the rule book would be sent my way.....go figure! Note: This is not aimed at any one company, they all seem to be the same.
Guest shadowake
I'd just send a letter to your insurance company. That way they'll send one back with an answer which you can always use as evidence if needed. Worth the price of a stamp I'd say
