Its "N.O.S.E" = Normal Operating Strength / Energy. ie. the EMS (electronic management system) is set-up for running in extreme circumstances and NOT for normal road use. Recalibrate the AEM at lower speeds (NOSE) and you'll find the relation between the output and ECM during both fast and slow runs, which inturn will give you a benchmark to work from. He is linked to running RLTC on 350z's http://jdm-insider.com/Blogs/Eric/?p=915 and also Steve Whittaker's 7.781 qtr at the pod. I just wondered if it was the same chap ?
