IIRC from Ian's FAQ - swapping pipes and putting it in TTC .. and if both turbos work - then at least you know your tubbies are okay and the fault lies with a hose or a VSV or something else. Hmmm, more like 0.7bar and 0.8bar for the first and second turbos, respectively.
