Alan999
I have just spent a while typing out a member dispute only to be logged off and asked to log back in when I had finished and submitted it. Then when I logged back in I got sent to a white screen and the stuff I have just spent ages typing out was gone. It has happened twice now. How do I stop this? Alan999
Its just done it again, it says either you are not logged in or do not have permission to access this etc etc. Also when I log in it will not remember my user name and password after the thing was found so we all had to change them. supra_surj
I Think it logs you out after a while unless you do remember password.if it doesnt allow you to do that then check if your explorer settings to allow cookies. I did that at work as i had same prob.
Supragal
Yes, do you have the remember password (or whatever it is) box checked where you put your details in? You can always 'log out' when you've done if you are worried about leaving details on the machine.
michael
Clear your existing cookies and log back in with the "remember me" type option checked.
wkdtime
It may throw you out due to your login 'timing out' while your typing away for an excessive length of time, I may be wrong though.
