The outside ones are easy as you just replace the bolts that hold the seatbelts on with eyebolts. I did have to buy some longer ones than came with my harnesses though. The inside ones are more of a pain. The seatbelt clip is held on with a nut on mine, not a bolt so you can't just replace it with an eyebolt. There's a seat bolt that goes into the centre tunnel that I thought I could replace with an eyebolt, but it's a different thread. I bought a metric thread eyebolt to go in there, but I had to force it which isn't ideal. Think I'm going to drill out the hole to the size of one of the standard eyebolts and use a backing plate on the other side to be safe.
