JohnA Posted July 9, 2007 Share Posted July 9, 2007 I saw it on SKY and found it to be one of the better (horror?) films to come out lately. But I understand why some may not click to it. Maybe they find the story too far-fetched, maybe they are scared it might not be. I know that variations of this theme do exist. People disappear from the face of the earth and are used as slaves/organ-donors/food/sacrificial-lambs/whatever. It's been happening for ages, it is not anything new. I liked how the atmosphere of the film turned from happy-go-lucky to Texas-chainsaw-massacre. The happy ending spoiled it for me, but you can't have everything eh?
