carl0s
that explains why mine does not work - the box under the seat is er missing! Most people have aftermarket alarms now with a separate fob for the central locking, which is why it was so difficult to figure out what this box actually was. dangerous brain
Well as no expert my guess from what I have to say was a pretty cack picture with absolutely no location to go on was spot on. Funnily enough the attitude put me off posting til now as well. People will just take the piss a bit generally, people will only really take the piss bigtime if you give them a reason to. Sometimes one has to look to oneself when siting wondering about other peoples responses. Stick to buy and sell then huh.

After all this is the guy who called me an Irish ******* on this fourm and went unpenalised by the moderators. Obviously racism is an acceptable standard on this forum. Seems brown nosing Thorin is the order of the day, and for the last time I dont give a damm what anyone on here thinks of me. Unlike certain computer geeks who live there lives to post on here I have a lively and decent life outside this forum. IF I look at other Supra forums, this is the one with the biggest problems. I asked a simple question, in a TECH section, hardly the place to start a "let have a go at him" session, which is precisely what Thorin did. There is nobody on any internet connection I have lower regard for than him. I had asked him to keep out of threads and he persists on being a pest. The mods allow him to goad all he wants. IF I wasnt busy buying and selling bits, I would not be using my paid membership at all, and when finished in hopefully a month, it will be the very odd buy or sell only, you'll be glad to hear. When my car is finished I'll be spending max time behind the wheel, not sitting in front of a computer screen wasting time or standing in a pub blowing about a car thats always wanting for something more. According to the pack I have nothing decent to contribute, know very little about Supras (how I am rebuilding this current heap of shyte into a good car is obviously a miracle) , and only make trouble, so you have only a small number of days to wait until I stop using my membership completely, it wont cost me a thought and be a relief to many. Everyone I have spoken to in recent months, some are members on here 4 years plus are sick of it, and its usual hunting pack that causes the reluctance to get involved. I'd say your doing a great job of burning your own bridges Ernie. Giving people a clear message of your attitude like that, have you not thought that .. people might not want to buy or sell from/to you ? You might find that if you continue with this tirade of yours - you may well get handed your .NET P45. Now, you may say "I don't care." - but you know as well as I - that this is an information resource and the search button is just as useful as the post button. Just abit of free and friendly advice ol' chap.
Class One
Seems your attitude goes down well with our cousins over the pond. http://www.supraforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=413926 I mean it must take a fair bit to p1ss off CW, but you seem to have done that quite well too. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=117591 Seems like you have few friends here and burned a lot of bridges in the process. You complain when you think someone is rude to you but you're quite happy to be rude back. Yet when you publically threaten another member you seem to think you're above it. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showpost.php?p=1388276&postcount=22 No one is denying that you have great technical knowledge but you seem to think the whole forum is against you. Perhaps it is you that is at fault. Ever thought to consider that? Sorry, but that's how it is, and that's how people see you. Shame really because I agree you have alot to offer, but you can't use that as your carte blanche forever.

Ian C
Cor blimey, your continued trashing of Terry's old car and trash talking of moderators has finally got up my nose. And I saw how you expected CW to hang on to something indefinitely until you made up your mind in For Sale/Wanted. Dunno what's gotten into you lately but if you want moderation, here you go then matey, welcome to off-topic. My next technical question is, what's a blue liquid and goes in the ridges of a bolt before you tighten it up? -Ian
