cheekymonkey
I'd like to wire up a dash switch to turn ABS on and off so I don't have to remove or replace the fuse under the bonnet. What's the best way of doing this? Looking at the wiring diagram I could just switch terminal A25 of the ECU which is battery voltage. Wouldn't be looking to turn ABS off mid-journey but what would happen if I did?
Thorin
I thought about wiring up a switch to do this a long time back but never did.
cheekymonkey
Going to be fiddling around in that area for RLTC so might as well do it at the same time...
charlton
I'd like to wire up a dash switch to turn ABS on and off can I ask why? I remember braking hard in my old Golf GTI without ABS and bricking it when I started skidding towards another car rather than stopping

cheekymonkey
Did you do this in the end? Not yet - I'd forgotten about it actually. I am going to be fitting a line lock kit soon anyway, so will have a think about that as well. I'd like to add though if any technical peeps have an idea as to do this, please let me know
