JustGav
Whereabouts is the above car? I'm sure someone may be in the area who could go have a look at it for you. Welcome aboard btw. Doubt it is a TT though, seems a little cheap for a TT. (And expensive for an NA)
Ady
thats what i thaught - i read the supra guide on here yesterday to try and get my head arround it, if it is a TT then like you said the price is dirt cheep the fone number is:(01264) 356674 it says its 194 miles form my gaff, in anglesey in north wales, but i neva trust the auto trader distances! Snooze
Would be cheap for a low-milage TT, but not ridiculously so. Some recent TT examples from the for sale section in the price range: http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=116411 http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=114867 http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=113432 And some recently sold: http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=113200 http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=108224 http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=108223 So they do come up! Might be worth checking some of these out, or waiting a couple more months if you're serious about a TT.

Ady
cheers for that snooze - i seen the silver one in the top link yesterday, v tidy car. i love the veilside body kit, so i might hang about untill one come up. Im ging to ring that one in the advert up later on, and see if its defo a TT. Also, how come the inshurance is alot cheeper? I was paying 1500 or my imprezza wrx last year, and been quoted 555 for a non import and 755 for an imported TT. yet the supras are alot faster! not that im complaining lol
Snooze
Well - make sure that insurance quote is for the correct car. Many of the direct insurers like Tesco, Direct Line, Norwich Union, Elephant, etc. don't understand imports properly, and sometimes quote for MkIII Supra's instead of MkIV, which would invalidate the policy. Insurance is probably mainly lower because there's more people out there crashing Imprezas than Supras. Therefore if you buy a Supra, you're immediately perceived to be less of a risk than an Impreza-owner. Supras are also considered less of a theft risk than Impreza's, I believe. Ady
supras are quite rare arround here, where as the imprezza are every village you go through. thats one of the reasons why i got rid of mine. ill keep looking arround for one, one will opo up sooner or later
Harps
it says its 194 miles form my gaff, in anglesey in north wales, but i neva trust the auto trader distances! Typical, I was there only last weekend! Not likely to be going back too soon sadly, otherwise I'd have had a look. Don't know what the prices are like up that way, but I've seen several imported NA's in my area at about that price. One was an Aero and the other was about as attractive as Jo Brand.... Anyway, welcome and good luck with the search
