supraguye
Hi Guys, Saw this on ebay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Toyota-Supra-TT-93-98-2jz-twin-turbos-ct20a-turbo-40k_W0QQitemZ140135059247QQihZ004QQcategoryZ33742QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem The seller quoted: THESE TURBOS ARE AN UPGRADE OVER THE STOCK TURBOS. I READ UP ON THEM ON THE SUPRA FORUMS AND APPARENTLY THE STOCK TURBOS WERE CT12'S AND THESE CT20A TURBOS ARE MUCH LARGER THEN THE STANDARD 2JZGTE TURBOS. THEY HAVE A STEEL EXHAUST WHEELSO YOU CAN RUN HIGH BOOST. JAPAN SELLS THESE AS AN UPGRADE AND THEY ARE CONSIDERED CT26 TURBOS. Are they worth purchasing for a vvti TT? Please share your thoughts. Hermit
Sounds like the seller's got confused with the JZA70 Supra mkIII - standard 1JZ turbos are CT12A.
