kslb
I have just heard how the mapping went on my car and I cannot wait to pick it up. 505hp and 480ftlb torque @ 1.5bar Cheers Dan:d
Jake
Not bad. Which turbo is that? A small single I presume? It's 505 at the wheels, right? Where is Dan doing it?
bolarbag
What turbo is that m8, still a phr 2+? Is that at the wheels, if it aint, isnt it a little conservative? Hope she's running sweet though, better to be conservative and running than a beast thats blown!
kslb
It is the PHR 2+ DBB but I have kept the standard cams (VVTI)and only gone to 1.5bar. I also have a 1.2bar setting for everyday use but like you say better to be conservative and have a car to drive?
Alex
Post up a dyno sheet when you get one - always good to see how well these turbos come on line. Must be getting strangled by the cams...
bolarbag
So is that at the wheels then m8? Did you do any head work at all? I know Orido didnt on his sup, should help with response, should be pretty decent being dbb and all;) You'll need to give my a wee ride in that to see how it is! Jake
Do cams make that much difference? My PHR Stage One made more power and torque at 1.4bar than kslb's Stage 2+ at 1.5 bar. kslb, Where is it being mapped? Could just be down to different Dynos. wkdtime
The Dyno Dan uses is know to be quite a bit conservative with the numbers. Better than having over inflated numbers:)
kslb
No head work and Power at the fly. Can't remember what dyno as Envy have sorted it all out I know it's near santa pod if thats any help. I will post up the dyno sheets as soon as I have them but I don't pick the car up until Sunday so it will be next week.
Gaz Walker
I'll post up all the details on Saturday when the car is back, inc full spec and photos The figures were lower than expected but Dan's dyno is (very) conservative and with all the recent stories he didn't want to push the car. Regards, Gaz.

kslb
Thanks for the post Gaz I didn't intend to start a new thread on my motor as it has one already in your trader section I only posted as Dan has had a few bad reviews lately and I wanted to let everyone know that he has done my mapping and I was happy with the results. If anyone wants to see the build please use the link below and feel free to post comments there. Thank you Dan and Envy.

tooquicktostop
I wonder if my name was mentioned at all during the mapping ? Nice start with those numbers mate, build looks fantastic, look forward to seeing the car in the flesh
Clarkey
I wonder if my name was mentioned at all during the mapping ? I'm certain the memory of your car exploding and having a cardiac arrest popped up in certain people's minds ...
b_have
I'm confused. 505bhp @flywheel must equate to a little over 400 RWHP. I thought PHR2 kit was good for >600 bhp? What am I missing here?

He does seem to be a little under powered, My car with a very similar setup and turbo made 500 ATF at 1.2Bar at Dan's dyno place. But bare in mind that the PHR Stage 2 is a 66mm Turbo, only the Stage 2+ is the 67mm.
tooquicktostop
Mine made 580 fly at 1.5 bar on the same dyno just for info on a T04R Turbo
Alex
67mm T67 will make 580RWHP at 1.4bar.
bolarbag
All I will say is if I were Kslb, I'd be counting my lucky blessings my supra is still running, its not running to its full potential yeah, But at least he can take it (and drive it) to someone else, when he's used to the power;) Fingers crossed!
