Jay
I think the kits nice, and the colour/wheels are definately not helping in those pictures. I think i'd rather stick to my TRD widebody though, theres just something about that kit that i'm not 100% sure on. Fair play for having the credentials to go ahead and do it though! With some decent rims and 'on the deck' I think it'll look much much better. And if he wants to spray it gold, that would help too! http://www.mediahabit.com/hosted/rimmed_ts_supra.jpg J. salvatore
Hmmmm, Shame - spent all that money, and i'm afraid i think it looks awful. All out of proprtion , and the front bumper just looks too tame, for some reason. Should've maybe gave it a bit more thought before starting. Whitelightning
Look carefully at the picture bottom right of the ebay auction - the one where the car is head on. Is it me or is that the worst fitting bonnet ever ?

Muffleman
Nope, defo not for me either. TBH, the flippy paint is not something I'm keen on anyway, but that is probably the worst example I've seen. All that glitters is not gold....................... I had to wait 10months just for the sticker pack from Japan...I'm not going back now and asking for the version with the bleedin' Tiger!! That shell cost me about £100 due to it being a custom 1 of a kind!!!
attilauk
I love the kit but that paint is totally shocking, it ruins the car:( and why keep the orange indicators? i think it looks like a rush job tbh but fair play to the guy who went through with it. paul_y3k
i loev the TS kit, and I thought long and hard about whether to go snigle or to spend the money on the kit. If my first turbo hadnt been blowing then I would of gone for it. But not in flip paint !! Flip is old hat now and because of the colour changes really over accentuates the curves - on something that now has drastic curves anyway. The plane was that I wanted to do was go TS and then add some more bits to customise it. Still once i've got the snigle sorted, and i'm rich again I shall have to pay the bodyshop a visit. (other than my dolucks wont fit a wide body bah !!)
salvatore
Yeah, apparantly flat colours and pastel shades ( ) are the next big thing in body styling. Never did like flip paints anyway.
TRD3000GT
I was seriously considering this kit a year ago but did not go with it for practicality reasons. I would have deff chosen a V dark colour black, blue or a purple. He needs to fdo the folllowing. Car needs 1. JGTC size rims to fit under those massive arches. 2. To be lowered, A lot. If you have a car that impractical there is no reason to be worried about speed bumps. 3. Change the colour, Its awful. 4. Wing, needs a JGTC style wing. 5. Get the upgrade indicators. The orange is not working for me. 6. Fit bonnet correctly. 7. should have put the spot lights in the bottom corners, not meshed and then put plastic covers over the mesh ? Whats the point? 8. Remove the Custom TRD wing vents, they dont go with the kit. Thats about all I can see at the moment. :p Respect for going through with it and choosing a mad paint job, but its just not my taste. Snowman
Looks a bit like a Mitzy FTO from that front left shot! As other people have said just somehow doesn't look quite right
Jive
Nope, just don't like that at all, dreadful fitting of the kit and I'm not a qualified bodywork person. 3rd pic down looking towards the house, look at the gap between the drivers side headlight and the wing the last picture from behind, look at the passengers side fit between the boot and the wing, just above the orange indicator and compare to the other side, again As for the bonnet gaps, shocking Just read the ebay article, this worried me a bit "REPLACEMENT ENGINE AROUND 4 MONTHS AGO COSTING OVER 3K(THIS CAME WITH A 12 MONTH WARRANTY SO YOU WOULD GET THE REMAINDER OF THE ENGINE WARRANTY AS RECEIPT IS PRESENT)LOW MILEAGE"
far
I dont like the number plate I dont like the colour I dont like the shape it has changed the car to I dont like the rims Big respect to the guy for going ahead and doing it though, all down to personel preference IMO
Steve W2
I'd rather have a Saxo VTS with a big ' MAX POWER' sticker in the window...........seriously. I would be embarrased to live in the same road as that guy. Not knowcking him for trying something different, just think it's a shitty job, crap colour and 12" wheels:p P M S L!!!!! Sharpie
why spend £8k then sell it three days later ?
Whitelightning
If I was rich - I would buy it - invite all my m8s round and have it striped down for parts over some decent beer and nibbles. Then send a pic of it in 1000 parts back to the body kit fanatic ! (Ouch - harsh i know but we have to stamp this out lol !)
