i want to treat my 2 year old? ideas?

hey guys

 

ive just landed a few notes from the bank (charges refunded)

and i want to treat my wee boy but im lost for ideas

we already go to the football regular and to the stock cars on a sat nite, knockhill when its warm enough for him!

 

but im lost :search:

 

any ideas????:)

Take him to one of those indoor activity centres, they like that sort of stuff. Or give him a wooden spoon and some pots and pans.... hours of fun.

 

Save the money,for when he's older.Kids that age don't need grand gestures and sure as hell don't understand them.:)

hes always at jumpin jacks (soft play area) they know him by name already!!!:blink:lol

 

i see youre point tho with the grand gesture thing tho!!

 

what about a holiday somewhere for tots?

 

help again plz

 

i cant exactly take him to alton towers can i!

where can we go

has anyone been to lego land?

oh and he loves trains too

My nipper is 16 months but i am going to invest with a HUGE stunt kit from argos and a diddy kit for her, i am so excited about it but that could be just me!

 

yea i know how that feels!

cant wait to get his first bike already have mine have had for about 6 mths now ! lol

still dads are aloud to get excited about those kind of things;)

Legoland is GREAT for kids under 11/12. But they'll be a few rides that he won't be able to go on, but there's still plenty to do, and surprisingly chav free. :D

 

If you don't have kids of school age then a trip on a weekday during schooltime would be ideal.

 

The schools down here break for summer a month later than Scotland, so now would be a great time to go.

 

(Schools finish around 25th July down here)

Is there a railway near you with a steam loco? My Dad always took me to Llangollen Railway whenever The Flying Scotsman or something similar came to visit. I used to absolutely love it! I still love the smell of a steam loco now :D

i never even thought of a old steam loco
