Nasal washing. Anyone tried it?

nothing beats half an hour in a sauna at 120 degrees C for clearing the nose.

Except maybe a pnumatic drill? or a straw and a can of oven cleaner?

that is true, saunas are great to....do you find that the inside of your nose starts to burn sometimes like its been cut when your inside?

I always bring some water to drink and find it does burn my nose. I have to breathe really slowly or through my mouth or its just painful.

I find our kitchen when the wife's cooking is a very satisfactory substitute to a sauna. Teaching the dog to do two cartwheels without spilling the glass of water held in its mouth would be easy compared to teaching Jane where the extractor hood switch is, and what it's for... :(

They aren't that expensive for a small one just for 2 people (around a grand) and will fit in the corner of most double bedrooms. Mines going in my spare room next to my bathroom.

My mum has one in her mahoosive bathroom. Although they didn't use it for about the first year.
