gavin.starr
after driving long enough to let the engine warm up to temp. i switch the engine off, and after about a 30sec to 1 min the small coolent bottle starts bubbling from the hose that is linked to it from the top of the radiator next to the rad cap. is there any reason why this is happening or is it just a bubble that needs flushing from the system. any help would be great. cheers in advance

Ian C
Is the water boiling? Or is it a slow 'bloop' of the occasionaly air bubble? -Ian
gavin.starr
quite bad bubbling as though it is boiling but the engine isnt overheating on the dash guage though
Chris Wilson
You need a new radiator cap, it's a common fault, fix it *NOW* it can result in serious overheating.
