imi-7
How do you change the side lights on a Soop?? I thought the mechanic had done the job until I saw that they were very loose and not fitted properly!! I had a try but the little feckers are very fiddly - any advice will be much appreciated. JustGav
Which side lights are you referring to.. the ones in the headlights or the indicators on the wings?

JustGav
Okay, The easiest way to do these is to remove the headlights. You will need a 10mm socket with an extension bar and wobbley. There are 3 nuts holding the headlights on, one on top where the bumper is, and then two just down the sides closest the wings. Remove the airfilter box and take the drivers side one out. Remove the battery to take the passenger side one out. Disconnect the lights before removing them, and then changing the sidelights is simply a case of unplugging the small unit and extracting it. I'm sure you could do it without taking out the lights, but damn it would be difficult if at all possible.
