Stevie Boy
Have i missed out? i was actually after a set of stock 17"s, but those would do me fine winter shoes/dummy wheels whilst i get th 18" Split rims sent off for refurb. How much did you want for them and where would i have to go go to get them? Silly question but am i right in assuming they fit over the UK Spec Front 4-pot calipers? they seem a bit close to my 18's, probly wrong off-set or summik i guess. Anyway are they still on offer? Anyway are they still on offer? not silly at all cause they won't fit! you'll need the stock 17's to fit over the larger brakes. Trouble is most people that have spare 17's use them in the winter. if you get the 17's you might also need different (ie stock) nuts to the ones your current alloys have. if you get desperate and only need a set strictly for the duration of the refurb work ie 1-3 weeks i might be able to help you out, but i've not got any spare nuts if these are different. Stevie Boy
Wow, i didn't ask a silly question for a change..... and i thought GeordieSteve had a cunning plan to lure me off the scent of the 16's! Well thats good to know, i appreciate the offer mate and if my search for my own set of spare shoes is unsuccessful i may have to take you up on your offer but i've only started looking today. Who'd a thought there's still nice people out there in this day and age!
GeordieSteve
Thank f*&k for that! lol I thought that was the way and to be honest... I hoped so as well! lol Sorry dude
Stevie Boy
No prob, i guess i'd have prefered 17's anyway, but their obviously gold dust! Question though, you've got quite a decent looking spec, u still running on NA/Smaller J Spec brakes?
GeordieSteve
Me? J spec brakes. Fit 17's but the brakes are SHITE mate! I just want 16's to do me the winter. It'll save me buying another car and insuring it (never cheap at 23 with points)

These and my passenger wing mirror, for that MSB bumper with as many of the fitting clips / bolts as possible? I can deliver/pickup to you, if you're still where you are! and if you can get the bumper to yours? Let me know.
