Warning light help needed

Bill Prawn

Recommended Posts

Just recently the red triangle and the handbrake light have been coming one whilst driving.

It usually occurs when the car backs off from acceleration or going uphill.

This I think would suggest low fluids. Is this correct? If so which?

I have checked level and it seems ok.

If this is the cause, is it ok to top up with any fluid or should a special one be used?:conf:

Please help a confused Prawn.

just for info, i had this recently and knew my pads were low.

I changed the fronts only before Pod last weekend and the reservior went from a smidge over the min mark to right on the max mark. So the pads may not be shot, if you fit new pads both front and rear then the fluid will need topping up before the pads need changing.

oh and '50' don't give up your day job:innocent: (poss a bit cruel/below the belt but meant in jest)
