Apparently the scrutineers were a bit confused when they asked about the throttle return spring and were told it doesn't have one as the throttle is electronic! They failed it because it didn't have on-off labelled on the ignition so the time it set was unofficial. Also, it was driven by a guy that drove a Supra in the JGTC for 3 years!
