8thsin
Ive heard much talk over an oil pump modification that is required if high revs are to be chased. Any help on the details of this modification would be appreciated. Cheers Nabil

Tricky-Ricky
Have to poke my ore in on this, as i have had a fair bit of experience on Supra oil pump problems and i have done a lot of research, the general condenses among the drag/track people, is to leave all alone apart from the drain behind the oil seal, but even this is no grantee that it wont blow the seal if the the pump is anything but 100%, there is some thoughts about porting the pressure relief port to a slightly bigger size, but i'm not so sure, due to the oil ways no 5 an 5 crank bearings are the last in the pressure chain so they are the first to suffer at high RPM, i think some have looked into running a separate feed to the other end of the oil way to ensure good pressure and feed, in high RPM/horsepower applications.
