Supragal
Our roads aren't so terrifying..but the police is terrifying!! I've got a Peugeot 206 RC a little bit modified and..my driver's licence is flashing!! Today i've my driver's licence in my wallet..tomorrow maybe not!! It's the way it seems perfectly acceptable to just use your vehicle to bump others out of the way. Every car has bits hanging off them, dented etc. I didn't think I would get out of Rome alive
Guest Aksal
yes..ok..i have to admit that you're right! but i live near milan and there isn't ancient roads like in rome, in the center of milan and in florence etc etc..the worst thing that could happen here is to find a farmer that decide to come back to home with his farm tractor..he makes cars dirty and mine reaction is usually somethnig like... "levati ca**o!!pezzo di mer*a mi stai ronciando la macchina!!stron*o!!co**ione!!" and i think it's better that i don't translate this words!! :p

I don't think bue..mah.. Hulk Hogan is 6'7" and fits in his fine. Our very own Ian "What's the weather like up there" C is also 6'7" I believe, but not quite as wide as teh Hulkster. In conclusion, you'll be fine.

cheekymonkey
Sorry to hear about that Aksal. I was looking for my Supra in April this year, and eventually got a really nice one off a forum member here. Always a good option because then you can be a little more confident about the car, check the seller's thread posting history etc. Another good resource is http://pistonheads.com/sales/ and there are several on there in your price range - but I would say if you see something you like on there, ask here if anyone knows the car first! If you wanted to save your money and get an Manual TT, be aware they can be much much more - I paid £11k for mine, as it's 6 speed and a rare colour, but you'd still be looking at 9k upwards. Good Luck!

Peter P
Hi, First off welcome! (sorry for the delay in seeing/posting till now) Have you decided to go with a manual NA or TT would be the first question as they are very different as far as pricing and also NA cars are generally 5-spd gearboxes although the later/newer facelift cars have the 6-spd gearbox. NA cars seem to fall into the £2.5 - £7k bracket TT cars with manual boxes start at around £9k and go up and up and UP!!!! If you are seriously looking to buy you are best to ask one of the more experienced people on here to check any cars you find and maybe ask the owners any questions you have (your english so far is better than quite a few English people on here! ). There are some good writeups on spec variances available and any specific questions will no doubt get a good range of answers from the numerous knowledgable members on this forum. Good luck! Cheers, Pete
