hadyn
Think this might be simon lc's car but not sure as I thought he was now driving a TT and this one didnt have any sign of an intercooler Black, looked like it was sitting on 19" 5 spoke rims and a big zorst. Lovely clean example and sat rather nicely next door to the cuban exchange. Front plate looked a bit cracked tho!
SIMON LC
Thats Terrys. He works on the door at the Cuban.Top guy,I was chatting with him Fri night.I usually park mine next to him if I go into the Cuban so you might see double one night, but dont worry, your not pissed,it really is 2 black Supras together. hadyn
Gotta love a set of 19s mate..... To slow you down with all that extra unsprung weight and screw up your handling
SIMON LC
I am keeping my standard wheels for the serious stuff ie. Nurburgring next year.
hadyn
Good man The other downside with huge arse rims is the tyre bills on a TT. Not an issue if you dont do many miles or have a big bank balance
SIMON LC
Yeh but a big set of rims really transforms the car.Is it normal for the SNOW light to come on often in the dry when you boot it?
hadyn
Yeh but a big set of rims really transforms the car.Is it normal for the SNOW light to come on often in the dry when you boot it? No. Sounds like your losing lots of traction. Id put it down to badly worn tyres or shit tyres with no grip. What tyres are you running. Now you've got some real power, you really do need rubber that can actually keep the car on the road
SIMON LC
Yes they are cheap brand tyres.Got some toyos going on the back this weekend. We must catch up for a beer soon.Linda says she was up for a drink.
hadyn
Im always up for a diet pepsi now I've given up drinking (well kind of ) Toyos are good in the dry, but dont think i'd ever put another set on mine after I lost my first supra with toyo proxes on the rear
turbonut
Hey Simon Ady Simon mate, can't believe your getting rid of those rims!! rather tasty they are, if only I had some pennies I would take them off your hands So when you two up for a bevy? How about we take over the parking behind cuban exchange with supraness??? Weather looking shite for the forseable future so a nice warm/dry pub/bar would be a tempting prospect for a beer low fat coke or two or we can head over to your neck of the woods Simon?? SIMON LC
I am cool either way.I will probably be in the Cuban bar this Sat night so I can have a word with Terry (The black N/A) and see if he can save some spaces for us.

I've got the day off to prep the supe (weather permitting ) and never miss an excuse to escape this hell hole of a town, the longer the better Think there are a few going on Friday.
