We have been round to a friends house tonight and he nearly persuaded me and my (completely knackered after breast feeding all night) wife to stay and watch the fight at 11PM?? If it would have started at 3 after we'd been sat around since 9PM, my ass would have been grass!! Luckily at 10.30 she persuaded me to come home. Jake Posted June 23, 2007 Share Posted June 23, 2007 I learned the above many years ago when coming home from the pub, pissed as a handcart, and deciding to PPV the Tyson fights. Paid my £20, promptly fell asleep, then woke up on the sofa at 03.05am to see Mikey being given his belt back and some poor bugger being carried out of the ring to a waiting ambulance (usually Frank Bruno) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
