Bobbeh
Hi Mark. You can buy UK spec headlights from Toyota or check out the for sale and wanted section. J-spec lights are plastic and go that way, you should have no such problems with decent glass UK spec lights
Lazarus
Hello Bobbeh's idea is good but if the headlamps are only yellowed on the outer surface you can polish them with a bit of T-Cut and that yellow shit will come straight off. However, if they have started to yellow on the inside it is possible to take the headlamp apart to clean using an oven (Use the search facility and type 'j-spec headlamps', that should find something on the subject) although this job is not as easy as it is made out to be and some people have ruined headlamps that way. I've been polishing the headlamps on mine about once every 4 months and they come up like new every time. (Unfortunatley the only permanent way to stop it is to replace for glass)

Grazer
Welcome Mark I cleaned my headlights using these instructions a few months ago with great results (see here ) The only problem is condensation in one light (which I still haven't sorted). Matt B
Hi Mark, be warned though mate, sticking them in the oven is a messy job... Don't use your mum's oven or do it when your GF's in... If I remember correctly my GF's words went along the lines of "WTF is a headlamp doing in the oven and what is that smell" when she came home as I was doing mine... :D
Grazer
I feel a Woman's Own Top Tip moment coming on.. "When heating your car headlights in the oven, simply line the oven with tin foil and ensure that no part of the headlight is touching against the walls of the oven"
merckx
Also, don't put it at the top as it could be too hot. Tried doing this with my facelift indicators and I put them in the top oven, the top bit started to melt!

The house was filled with a rather noxious and possibly cancer inducing smoke oooops.
