DrivingTheDream
As others have said drink plenty of water, dont eat after 6-7 if you can help it. Also the best time to work out is before bed time-It gives your muscles plenty time to build and repair.
Darren
Yea its all good stuff mate, im ordering stuff next week when i get paid. I use amino's everyday, 2 pills with every meal. But thats just me. At the moment im using CNP stuff, which is good. But i'll be switching over to the other stuff. I use Isolate for fast acting protein, as soon as i wake up i have 2 scoops with water. Then straight after gym i have the same. And at night i have 2 scoops concentrate, as its slow acting so releases into the body slowly over the 8 hrs your sleeping. Geo. Hey thanks for the info their prices certainly look attractive

When I stopped, I thought I was going to die.... couldnt believe the things that ached and pained!
ivan63
the trick is burn more calories than you take in,there is no such thing as spot reduction of fat.what you have to do is work out a bit of a routine that suits your lifestyle i.e some running plenty of press ups do some curling with your dumbells try to get a good sweat on! you will soon feel better about yourself.also do not! eat late at night that is a killer
