ABS Light

Since i brought the car the ABS light has always been on, I dont know if it works as ive never tried braking hard can anyone advice a path to working out why the lights on though.

I have checked the ECU for error codes and it has none (constant engine light flashing), I've also cleared the ECU (removing the fuse) and the lights still on. I've checked and the ABS unit is under the bonet and there is the ABS box behind the dash.

I'm not an expert but ABS can be tricky to sort. It might just be a wheel sensor or maybe a more expensive computer fault. Unless you buy some bits and start swapping them out to see if it helps its best to get it diagnosed properly at a garage.
