Sheefa
Every bit of training I've done over the last 4+ months comes down to these next 3 days. I'm going to Royal Air Force Honington tomorrow guys for my RAF assessment for a position as an Officer in the Regiment. Naturally I'm a little nervous, but feeling happy about my fitness and generally I'm quite comfortable with interviews etc. Got to get through a few fitness tests, medical tests, leadership assessment, presentation assessment, assault course and other various elements! Great weather for it too hey! Hopefully this is the start of good things to come and an exciting life in probably one of the most exciting careers available. Will post up when I get back Thursday night! Cheers Greg

As for the Leadership stuff, just be confident and take control of the situation with respect and integrity. Somethng most officers dont do!!
