TBH if you were in a car and the driver side was in LOS of that bike there's a good chance you'd not come out the car in too good a shape either!!! Come on just look at that road surface, patchy wet and dry lines is about as dangerous as you can get but the bikes on that road were not exactly hanging around. He almost clipped a bike that was on his side of the road earlier than that incident. The guy that overtook him did so on a solid white. Then the guy himself allowed himself to get sucked into overtaking a car that wasn't possible to do safely and he proved it with the cost of a life.
