Daston
My clutch has seen better days from the sounds of things when pulling away it now makes a nasty grating noise a bit like the sound grinding gears make, It normaly does this in reverse as I have to hold the clutch in a bit other wise I will end up through my garage doors at 40mph. Question is how long is it likly to live for as I am off on holiday next week and I am using the car and its around 400 miles each way. The car seems ok when on the move and I have only had it make the same noise when changing gear once. I dont really want it to die on the way to our hotel as I think my girlfriend will kill me. V8 Killer
As long as you do not boost your car much or try to do any racing, you will be find. Once a stock clutch starts to go, if you are easy on it, you can get 1,000 miles more out of it. Cheers, Dusty

silvershark44
I would get it done before you go. I know my gf would be pissed if the supra broke down on holiday.
