Help! Leak!

Just about home today when i there was a big whoosh and lots of hissing when under under boost.

It happened quite sudddenly, as in a sudden whoosh and not a leak getting bigger!

I was thinking it might be the stock bov. Could it be this as i have recently gone bpu?

I cant hear it when stationary, only when under load when driving. (despite severall atempts driving with the bonnet open and hanging out the window trying to locate it im still stumped!)

Not cooling bud.

Would say the extra pressure created going bpu has blown one of'the of the relevant hoses, either split it or blown it off completely.

Don't overly woorry. Experts will be along.:)

It sounds like a boost leak quite a big hissing under boost, dont realy want to boost fully to see if the boost drops.

I cant see any hoses come off, just hoping someone might be able to pinpoint one prone to coming off!

Check them all mate - all the larger ones coming from turbo pipes towad intercooler and fro intercooler all the way along underneath (from passenger side to drivers side) and back up into the throttle body.

As soon as I went BPU, the 2nd time I boosted to 1.2bar i heard a... well best described as ,, pooooosssshhhhhhh!

The pipe between the turbo pipes and intercooler had blown off. Put back together, new hose clip and hasn't come off since :D

If you can hear hissing though, it shoulds like a pipe either hasn't fully come off and is either loose or split ;)
