Angarak
Your best taking it to a pro as they will perform a leak test using a dye and can also monitor the pressure within the aircon whilst its running to ensure everything looks ok. I had mine done a while back, cost me £50 and took about 40 minutes from start to end.
markssupra
Had mine re gassed and filled with dye. Cost about £75 but they came to my work which was nice and easy.
juanchan
I think the condenser has gone on my aircon. Would the best way to check be to re-gas it and check for leaks? How much would a new condenser set me back? Apologies for the thread hi-jack, but while we're on the subject...!
RICHARDA
£44.95 from Shit-Fit. If the system has no pressure it won't be able to be regassed though, no charge. If there is pressure, a leak detection and vacuum test will be included as part of the re gas. HTH Rich

Not entirely sure I'm gonna let a spotty teenager at Kwik-Fit touch the Supra though. I'll look into it, seeing as leather seats and no aircon aren't going to mix in mid-August! RICHARDA
The machine does all the work, I'd be suprised that anyone could fuck it up, but then again.....................plus they should have been on the training course.
Bobbeh
Let me know how it goes Bob, I may be getting mine sorted for the summer too. Simple to use Mas, when you plug it into the right hole! Basically, turn on engine, a/c on full, open windows/doors etc Put the pressure hose on the low pressure hole, then spray in if needed until its in the clear. Dont waste your time or the can trying to fill it from the high pressure end, you'll just cover yourself in crap!

Ibrar Jabbar
The only proper way to regas is to recover any refrigerant you may have in the system and recharge it to the correct amount 750g in the supra.

If you have a noticiable leak in the condensor a pressure test with Nitrogen will locate the leak.
