People often want wider rubber on their cars for improved grip etc. When they do this, they have to reduce the sidewall size (the 40 or 45 in this case) in order to maintain a constant rolling circumference. So long as the rolling circumference isn't too far off stock, they should be ok. In your case the rolling circumference has been increased, but not by a massive amount (try putting the difference figures in and see the results).
