Delfin
Passing the local law http://www.carldelfin.com/getcarpost/15.JPG You can't tell from the pictures, but actually took over an hour to figure out how to get on board the darn boat http://www.carldelfin.com/getcarpost/16.JPG As we leave, so does the sun http://www.carldelfin.com/getcarpost/17.JPG Yummy, foood... kinda... http://www.carldelfin.com/getcarpost/18.JPG Quick leap in time, drove trough France, Belgium and the Netherlands in a row, then took a pause for two hours in Germany. Here we are just awake again. http://www.carldelfin.com/getcarpost/19.JPG Sooo... Which one do I chose? http://www.carldelfin.com/getcarpost/20.JPG Car's posing http://www.carldelfin.com/getcarpost/21.JPG Finally, end of Germany, boat to Denmark http://www.carldelfin.com/getcarpost/22.JPG Relaxing a bit before the last miles http://www.carldelfin.com/getcarpost/23.JPG That's that, was too tired to take any more photos after that . However, we video taped the whole trip too, so will edit that nicely and post it here aswell. At the moment I can't drive the car until I get my Swedish plates, so I'm currently doing a dash board respray. More on that will follow soon . Branners
seems to be a LOT of supras going out Sweden from the UK. Have they changed the rules or something to make it easier to register them? Its good to see them go to a nice home, perhaps we need a mkivsupra.net Sweden Dragonball run. JB
Delfin
Yeah, we're in some kind of Supra frenzy over here at the moment . Don't think any rules has changed thou, same for every car. Perhaps we're just fed up with the BMWs, Audis, Benzs and Golfs and what not german/european car that's around every corner .

Delfin
Thanks everyone! Really feels nice to have her home and ooh, what a lovely trip it was, despite all the missed exits, enormous fuel consumption and lack of sleep, food and maps. This for sure was a trip I'll remember for quite a while I tell you that . If it wasn't for me having to work work work and work some more, I'd already have the movie edited, so will probably take a week or two to get it done. Anyways, as I said while waiting for the registration process I'm currenly doing a dash respray. I'll throw up a thread with some picures of that adventure too (believe me, it's an adventure for me, biggest job I've ever done to a car before was refilling engine oil ). Now I'll try to catch some sleep, thanks again guys, probably wouldn't have my car if it wasn't for this community!
dangerous brain
Cool. How do you find driving from the wrong side of the car?? Also how long did it take to get from calais to Sweden? I'm going to visit a mate in Norway this summer and you'll have driven past my door on the way from france to sweden so it'd give me an idea how long my trip will take. Oh welcome to the club BTW. Forget the beemers and golfs now its the skyliners and the likes now you'll be mixing it with

Forget the beemers and golfs now its the skyliners and the likes now you'll be mixing it with It was kinda awkward for the first ten minutes, when Paul told me the car was all ready to go I wasn't so sure that's what I wanted to hear . Thou I got used to it very quick, now it feels like I've done it for ages. The trip from Calais to Sweden was very plesant, from Calais to Eindhoven it was just a straight line, then some roadworks mixed things up a bit, took perhaps an extra hour to get back on route again. It's more or less just straight ahead, the only problems occured when we entered Germany, in the area around Duisburg. They have like one million exits and signs in the matter of just one hour of driving, so got a bit off course there too. All in all I think, including the wrong turns, missed exits and two hours of sleep, it took maybe 15 hours. I drove generally slower than most, around 120 km/h (75 mph) most of the way. Thanks thanks, feels great to be here! Cheers Ivan, I try my best

dangerous brain
I'll also say this, your English and grasp of grammar is way beyond most of the newbs coming on here these days (sad reflection of England really isn't it)
