Sheefa
Good man bud - that's some great going. I weigh 12st 4lbs at the mo as working intensively on my cardio for the RAF. Covered 18 miles last week alone on foot!! Never a better feeling than that after a good workout.

Sheefa
Not at all. He's taken a days rest and the 45 min cardio runs don't have to be on high intensity. That's a good programme if you ask me and one very similar to the RAF booklet.

DrivingTheDream
Whats your height Chilly? I've been hitting the gym really hard too in the last 2 months after letting married life get the better of my handsome self (lol)and lost 1st 8lbs. I'll be happy when I hit 11'6-'10st and I'm 5'10". Edit: It is a great feeling though-I feel like one of them dudes from Cocoon and I'm only 26 lol
