Justin
What happens when you need to tow a Supe with a bumper like a Top Secret with the consistency of an egg shell??? Not that I intend on breaking down or getting crashed into again but it suddenly occured to me. The recovery truck mashed my front end when they scraped my last one off the road! Quite upsetting. Nick_TC
If you don't have any towing eyes, the recovery firm can refuse to move it as they're liable for any damage or may ask for a signature removing all liability (one of the guys I used to work with pulled a Ferrari up onto the bed with the winch wrapped round a wishbone arm and bent it and no disclaimer sig ) Low cars aren't too much of a problem in general, as they just get put on wood as they get pulled up. Unfortunately, once a car is mashed, the recovery boys dont tend to take much care loading it, especially if they've been called out of bed
Nick
I keep the necessary tools in the car to remove it if I have to.

dude
I have made a bracket that hooks in to the stock tow eye , it drops down and comes forward of the lower lip so it looks like proper race tow point , these could be made quite easily and be fixed , they could be made of SS and made a feature of the nose with an arrow etc as the race cars have !!! Nick
Dude - If you can supply one for a Veilside nose I'm interested. Problem is I'll loose even more ground clearance, unless it can be made to come across to the centre where the lower lip arches up... I'll pass on the arrow. Aftermarket bumpers, what a PITA...!
