350Z - just not doing it for me.

We have discussed before just what car can replace the Supra and what we will be modding in 5 years time, and one car suggested is the 350Z.

This month's Jap Perf has got three modded 350s in it, all with different styling and engine mods. But I have to say, they just aren't interesting me at all. Don't like the jelly mould shape, and none of the body mods shown improve it at all.

Yes I know this is a Supra forum and I am biased, but just not 'feeling' the 350Z  Er, am I alone in this ?

I like the looks of them and do also like the sound of a V6. my father in law was looking for a new car recently, and took one for a drive. I tried to talk him into getting one but he said they weren't refined enough. He bought a Z4. :(

Da Supra iz King of da road.

Nuffink can touch it. It iz da best car EVAR!!!!1!!!!

If U put 2 singlez in it even a Veyron will be beaten.

Yes that is exactly what I was saying  Tit.

There are many cars out there better than my 13 year old Toyota, and I will admit that any day of the week. I assure you I am not blinkered in my views of the Supra.

I like the 350Z.

I don't :p

350Z's rock. I think a lot of Supra guys will move to them over the coming years.

OK so they look they've been punched in the nose a few times, but there is a lot of kits for the Zed already, probably more than the Supra!

They handle like they are on rails too. Great all round car.

Gaz.

To me, it's the same as the RX8, designed for the 'urban gentleman', (The RX8 is worse in my eyes, it's got better access for the kids), The Sup is designed to look great, to look classy, to look outrageous, to look stunning, and of course, to go bloody fast... The other 2 are way too conservative for my liking... Not slating the cars though, I'm sure they're a fantastic drive, but they don't seem to fit the criteria I hold the Sup in :)

Thats the problem with many modern cars they all look too similar-It has shades of the Audi TT in it for me.

Back in the day (and still now) nothing really looks that much like the Supra apart from them Hyundai Coupe things.

I had a Hyundai Coupe, brilliant car...perforamance not bad...spec awesome...my wifes favourite car and she cant drive!!ie
