garetheves Posted June 8, 2007 Share Posted June 8, 2007 Got my Sky renewal through other the day. I paid £1600 for my Supra last year. I was 24 at it is a T61 single 6spd. My renewal this year: £1491 - Not bad i thought, a slight drop from last year but thought id shop around. Adrian Flux: £1339 - Better, ill try one more and then see if Sky will match/beat either of them A-Plan: £819!!!!! Thats fully comp, all mods declared!! I made him double check all the details to make sure it was the right car and hed got all the mods and its 100% correct. Only downside is that it isnt an agreed value but tbh im putting the car up for sale next week so ill just have to drive like miss daisy until then. Youngish lad on the phone, very enthusiastic about cars. Told me how he loves the supra and one day will own one. An audible gasp of appreciation when i told him the power it was running Can highly recommend these guys. Im going to give Sky and ring and see how close they can get to that price (im not expecting them to get near it tbh but ill give them a chance as id rather stay with them, less hastle and agreed valuation) but otherwise ill be switching to A-Plan. Left them with my details for my second car which they are getting back to me on. Not bad i think considering im only 25 and it is a single turbo, imported Supra. A very happy man at the moment.
