Hi there from Rome , my name is Adriano and i'm 27 (yesterday!).

Initially joined this community only for importing a Supra, but found very good technical info and friendship spirit, you are great people, you know? ;)

After three years of happy 200sx ownership (cheers to all sxoc members here) i was looking to import my dreamcar from Uk/German (because Supras are very rare in Italy) when i had what we usually call "a big lucky kick in the ass" :D .....looking on autoscout24.de i found a Supra in Italy, Left hand drive, great condition and at very good price! What a lucky bugger i am!

1995 Aerotop TT 6speed imported from Germany by the first, rich owner; car was used very rarely cruising around Modena and most of the time stored in a "heated" box for the last 12 years....now it's mine and i'm loving it every moment ;).

Will post pics soon.

Sorry for my schoolish english

Cheers :)

Adriano

Thanks guys,

here Supras MkIV doesn't have market at all, i'm not sure if it was officially sold in Italy; there are only few importers and price for a TT6 imported to Italy are more or less:

Rhd J-spec starting from 16.000£ / 24.000€

Lhd Euro starting from 20.000£ / 30.000€

These are base price for model in average/good condition; with major mods or really low mileage the price climb up rapidly.

Paid my car 14.000£ / 21.000€, that's why i have a big smile on my face :).

Just a couple of things that needs attention, a major service and she's ready for the hot summer.

Hey it's an Aerotop, so not everybody cup of tea ;). Bone stock apart from 18" wheels.

Stupid ride height at the front because wheel is in a hole

Leather seats in really good nick, apart from the driver seats in the left part, too fatty owner?!

Not sure if i like the wheels....however first mods i will do:

graphics f&f style, underbody neons and exhaust flame kit, any other ideas?

OK ok, only joking :D, i will go for: refurbishing my euro headlights (one have a small leak) facelift style, clear front/side indicators, new discs/pads and some of the bpu mods.

Cheers

That looks in very good condition Adriano, sounds like you were very lucky to find such a good example.

Are Toyota replacement parts and aftermarket Japanese branded prices expensive in Italy? I'm a trader on here and can supply most Toyota and Japanese branded parts at very good prices. If I can help with any advice or prices for anything just get in contact.

Enjoy :ecstatic:

cheers

Thanks everybody for the kind comments, and yes the white rabbit make a lot of heads turn here ;).

Nic: Japan/Usa aftermarket parts price are crazy high in Italy, i bought 99% of my 200sx parts in Japan, Usa and of course Uk (apexperformance, driftworks,ecc.). I'll give a ring very soon ;).

Night

Ciao Adriano!

Nice Supra. I think you just beat me to that one, I called on a Monday and they told me it was just sold, LOL.

You got it for a good price too.

BTW for God's sake, DO NOT DO THIS: graphics f&f style, underbody neons and exhaust flame kit

He was joking!!!! >

:welcome: Adriano :wow: gorgeous example of a supra you have there, even if the dash controls and dials are all in the wrong place :innocent: :p

You'll find plenty of informaiton, and good entertainment here on the forum, just ask ;)

What are the modified car and performance car scenes like in italy? Any big japanese car shows there? No pics of you in the car? :(
