Green Peace
£5000 a tyre my god...£17k for four lol sounds like a Market stall holder. 'Apples 5p each 17p for four' Amazing what a good bodyshop/Valater can do short of painting great insight....where would Top gear be without people like that. I remember them once asking on their programme if any members of the public owning a Buggati Veyron could lend it to them for some track testing...yeah fcuk right off lol....i wouldn't lend em a screwdriver even ha ha. Thats a great insight thanks for sharing Chris:cool:
Pete
cool, I didnt know you could just wet sand a scratch out like that? I don't think I'd try it! I'd be scared to death with all that scratching afterwards.
edge
I don't think I'd try it! I'd be scared to death with all that scratching afterwards. You'd be supprsied. I done that on my mums fiesta (metalic blue) gave it a t - cut and polish and was perfect again. But i only used the pressure of the curve from paper and did not directly press behind it. ( if that makes sense?)
