Faye
Wow, wow, wow and wow. Some of you may remember I was asking about valet services to tart Keith's car up for his birthday. With the help of Peter Richards (who I cannot thank enough, he's got a over excitable PM from me as well) he put me in touch with a chap called Gary Funnell http://www.refinedreflections.co.uk/ Gary did the most fabulous job on Sam yesterday, he was here from 9 till 7 which gives you an idea of the job on hand!!! Anyway, here is before (not on the same day, but it gives you an idea) http://www.toplessdriver.com/gallery/albums/shinysam/SUC30112.jpg and here is after http://www.toplessdriver.com/gallery/albums/shinysam/SUC30210.sized.jpg http://www.toplessdriver.com/gallery/albums/shinysam/SUC30211.sized.jpg http://www.toplessdriver.com/gallery/albums/shinysam/SUC30213.sized.jpg http://www.toplessdriver.com/gallery/albums/shinysam/SUC30219.sized.jpg http://www.toplessdriver.com/gallery/albums/shinysam/SUC30225.sized.jpg Anyone cleaned the inside of an exhaust before? http://www.toplessdriver.com/gallery/albums/shinysam/SUC30207.sized.jpg Did anyone know that the red paint has a gold fleck to it? We didn't until the machine polish was done I can't stress how happy we are with the work, the car will now never come out the garage and will just be a lovely ornament. I can't/won't say how much it cost, each job is individual and as its a pressie I don't really want Keith finding out! Anyway I just wanted to share with everyone our now very red supe

Faye
Did the valet guy make the sun shine too? The man's a god, so probably
Keith C
I'm abolutely delighted - what I thought was clean and shiny and where the car is at now are two totally different leagues. The amount of care Gary put into the job was mind blowing - I get the feeling he's not cheap, but I can certainly recommend his work. The car looks literally years younger - probably hasn't been this shiny since it was a year or two old! It is official that I have the best wife in the world - a couple of years ago I got the wheels for my birthday, and this time I got 10 years taken off the age of my car! As Faye said, did anyone know that the red actually has a gold fleck in it? I've had my car for over 5 years now, through many polishes and cleans, and was completely unaware of this! Jive
Wow indeed, that definitely looks 100% better although the first picture looks very nice anyway You certainly do have a top wife there Keith Wish mine would buy me a few bits for my car
Keith C
After the finishing of my respray, im going to get a professional valet, but he's just too far away for me He travels anywhere in the country, and even has a client in France!

Whitesupraboy2
He travels anywhere in the country, and even has a client in France! I read that and in the time of seeing the post I looked at the mileage and overnight costs + the cost of what I would of had done.

dangerous brain
With a bit of time and effort (elbow grease) anyone can get a good look on their car. Looking at my range rover a few days ago and now you just wouldn't think it was the same car

Supragal
That first pic isn't working here, is it just me? The afters certainly looks brilliant though Peters recommended someone to me too, just can't afford it at the mo!
Guest Refined Reflect
I hope this will not be classed as advertising, as only meant as a reply and answering a couple of questions raised. Firstly I would like to express my thanks to Peter for recommending me, Faye for booking me and Keith for being so pleased (though I would have preferred to swap my charge to £1 for every WOW he said all the way through the job, I could have retired ) Anyway here are a few of the pics I took, unfortunately I forgot also to take any befores but here are a few during and afters, showing the extent of the defects. I will admit I only removed about 90% of the defects as some were way too deep to remove safely, but you can see there is a slight difference Test area showing a side by side example of what I was expecting to achieve, perfect for showing the difference Some shots of the defects During the machine polishing stages Some other afters In reply to distance and charges, as mentioned I will travel anywhere, If I can drive there I can work. Sorry I didn't realise that my old mileage rates were still on the site I have removed them now as I found this travel charge to be more expensive that what I now use, quotes on travel via enquiries. Over night stays, normally now people offer me somewhere to stay, I'm house trained and so no over night charges. Multi bookings can be made and I do work deals out for these. Anyway many thanks again to Faye and Keith, and I think now I had better contact admin and see what I need to do in order not to offend current advertisers or infringe advertising rules. Many thanks for looking Gary

Keith C
It really has to be said that even those pictures don't show the true transformation the car has gone through, although they are a lot better than the ones from our little point-and-shoot! Gary - are you able to send me the originals of those pictures? I'td be great if you can! To everyone else - if you want your car to look like the day it left the factory, then get this man to pay you a visit! It's worth every penny!
