Tenerife anyone been?

There's a lot of places to go drinking and there's a lot of random beaches/other hotel rooms you might wake up in. That's about my recollection of my fortnight in Tenerife after my A levels. I don't recall seeing any gyms, but there might a few somewhere! :)

what part are you going to? went to las americas - dont recal seeing a gym there. by the way - dont buy anything like trips etc from the reps!! it soooo much cheaper to get a cab to the place and buy your own tickets - if that makes sense.....

Have a good one - we wanna see pics!!!

I went to tenerife last year, cheapest drinks at time for us was 10 euro for a jug of red bull and vodka....3 of them later I spent the night throwing up off the end of my bed then sleeping in suitcase and dribbling over all my nice clean clothes :(

felt fine in the morning though :D

I'm going to tenerife on tuesday morning on a lads only jolly for a week. First time there, never really fancied tenerife before but as it's probably the last time all the lads will be going away could not really turn it down, but I do believe it to be a dump

I did Play's Americas whatever it's called about 10 years ago when the clubs were all free and drink was like 50p a pint. But i belive things have changed ALOT now. Did Los Cristiano's last year which was nice, not the clubs like plays but lots of drinking, eating, sand and sun :D

I also did Tenerife but it was 20 years ago  and very ethnic back then. I can not even find the hotel, on tinternet, where I stayed at, in the sleepy town of Puerto de Santiago. Must have been bull dozed for the large complex type hotels I see there now.

Mount Teide was a fun day out in the hire car. Spectacular landscapes and the smell of sulpher remain a distant memory.

Mind you, it was my first introduction to sangria and therefore many blank memories also :burp: :nana:
