Havard
Why would you want to buy a car that obviously has stuff wrong with it? Yeah that!! ^^^^^^^^ You seem determined to press the self destruct button...... All I can say is that I wouldn't touch it based on what you have said so far. I must admit, even if it was coated in chocolate I would still be wary!! H.
Pig
Its been said already - it sounds like your buying a dog for mint condition money! I once bought a car when all the guy had was the tear off bit. The reason for this is he has only just got it and found out its a dog - wished i had walked away..... massive amounts of grief with it
AndyT
So if i offered the guy 4600 do you think that would be reasonable it has got a nice custome boot build but the brakes shake as you break heavily and who knows whats up with the engine not having alot of history one panel front near side is slightly curved in from bodykit.....how long will these engines go for and how much do they cost if they go wrong? ill prob have to spend 1k gettin in right ie bigger brakes engine etc.... Engines go on for a very long time IF they are looked after. If not, then 4 - 5 k for another good engine fitted. Get this car outta your head bud. There are mint condition N/As around with history for this money. If you don't buy here try pistonheads.com or supraforum.com. but do not buy this one. turbonut
Hi Fellah and The car looks really mint, well looked after, lots of photos and a good spec list, he obviously appreciates the car and seems genuine but certainly get the important docs. You can get an HPI check done on it (not sure how but someone on this forum could suggest, I'm sure) Price? £6,200 is steep for a manual NA even with that much kit. Haggle with him! £5-5,500 max, I reckon.......what do you lot think??? Linda xx EDIT: oops!! just saw rest of thread! doh
