Here are my old photos (haven't much time to update them) http://www.cardomain.com/id/sub_supra This winter I found RLTC group buy going at this forum with Lucifer-mkivstore.com leading it (http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=88546). I contacted him through e-mail and sent £659+£85 by bank wire transfer for RLTC6DIA - Standard RLTC with Digital Adjuster (includes Launch control). Such a high price for shipping was due to the high value, as he said. 13-02-07 he confirmed that he got the money. 23-02-07 Martin wrote: "JOdy is sendint it out tomorrow". 27-02-07 I got an e-mail from Martin, which was sent to all members of this group buy. So right after this e-mail, I sent Martin my full address. 15-03-07 I asked if he sent my RLTC out and asked to provide me with the number of the parcel or a tracking number so I could call to main post office in Moscow and ask them if the parcel is in Russia. He answered that Jody is managing the units and he should had it sent 2 weeks before. 15-03-07 Jody said that he didn't have my address and he had to wait untill he was contacted... I sent him my address again. 28-03-07 Jody at last answered my e-mails. He wrote "It was sent via the Post office..... I dont have a tracking number... im checking for you..." And since that moment some type of football game started. Jody sent me to Martin, Martin sent me to Jody and so on... Communication was very bad. Only on 3rd..5th e-mail they answered me. The main issue is that Jody says that he had sent the unit but didn't have any documents for the parcel so there's no opportunity to check if it had ever come to Russia. The parcel was insured, at least I payed for that. I checked mail box at my home every day and got nothing from UK. Since February I received about 15-20 parcels from USA and Japan by various mail services (USPS airmail, USPS EMS, FedEx, Japanpost EMS). This story ended, as I thought before, when 24-04-07 Martin said that he'll order one more unit for me. But I was wrong. He wrote to me 10-05-07: "Hello, Sorry I havnt bene in touch recently, Been having alot of trouble with my ...(edited)... All is ok thouhg. I have ordere another unit and shoudl be here this week. I will giv eyou full tracking." That was the last message from him. Days are passing one by one... I sent numerous e-mails that weren't answered. And now I receive the message from mailer daemon that Martin's e-mail box just don't exist. Failed to deliver to 'martinjames..(edited)[email protected]' SMTP module(domain @62.5.255.22:gmail.com) reports: host gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com says: 550 5.1.1 No such user y6si3071939mug Lucifer's last activity on this forum was: 21-05-07 17:58. I doubd that he had time to visit this forum and hadn't time to check his e-mail box. I think he just doesn't want to pay for the unit from his pocket as he haven't got any refund for the parcel. I can't see, where's my fault in this situation. I performed all obligations for my part of the deal and have no confidence that the unit was sent at all. But I must say that I won't stop till I get RLTC I payed for. All I need is RLTC6DIA. Not more, not less. Martin, please contact me ASAP! I spent $1495 and got nothing! That's not the way to do business. P.S. For everyone interested, I have documents from my bank concerning bank wire transfer and all history of e-mail correspondence including messages from mkivstore.com and supracentre.co.uk, where I placed the order (#1020). In future maybe we should protect group buys by forcing traders to place them in the group buy forum. And he dealt with Martin directly as he states by email. Harsh I know, but you live and learn. This raises an interesting point though. The group buy was in the Mkivstore trader forum, and therefore available to non-members. Also it means that Sub was made aware of the RLTC deal through a trading front of a company (I appreciate that mkivstore was a limited company). This would mean that technically the dispute is with mkivstore not Lucifer - if Martin has clouded the issue by forcing the sale through a personal account does that not cross into the realms of fraud ? (I don't know but that is how it seems - if not fraud then potentially tax evasion) just my personal opinion on the twist that this thread presents. Also just the same way GT Cars was banned, can there be a section on the forum, for no reputable traders, where Traders who have been banned can be placed, to avoid members getting ripped off in the future. The said inept trader is no longer a trader. All his for sale threads are locked down. There is a thread in the members section regarding Lucifer. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=112938 I have even emailed Lucifer advising the clubs position. However, banning him, at the time wouldn't have helped anyone. More members got what they were owed than not. I'm am truely sorry for the ones that still have monies owed to them. As a club, I think we did all that we could have done for our members. But the chap dealt with mkivstore direct, and his issue is with mkivstore and/or their liquidators. On first looks I'm suspicious, but as Jody has never blagged any of us, and this chap says he's had contact and Jody's replied, if he says it's true, I'd be happy with that...
