merckx
Just use some exhaust assembly paste over the existing gaskets, it works without the gaskets too. Use plenty, better too much than too little.

Mcgoo
use silicone rather than exhaust paste Instant gasket is always a winner as its flexible so it won't crack and start blowing.
merckx
Exhaust assembly paste is designed for this, Is the silicone stuff?

merckx
I've never heard of that before, I didn't think it would be rated for the high temps the exhaust reaches.
