He gave no support on the producing, and Naomi and Trey should have pointed that out. Edit: I don't understand why Nick didn't say anything about the Production support given by Simon, I thought Naomi had done a good job in the production suite. He seemed to base the sales entirely on the product choice - and that if they didn't sell it was because they chose the wrong product. But surely it could also be because the presenter was crap?
