Fit a new cap they have modded the later ones so the metal bit that corrodes and falls apart is now inert plastic. nice one chaps, thankyou and should i be ensuring that the expansion bottle cap is WELL sealed too? i was under the impression that this was supposed to allow a little ventilation somehow or am i completely wrong and the whole system from end to end needs to be completely pressurised?
