Jake
is was obviously his fault How is it obvious? Maybe she went through a redlight or was supposed to give way? I can't tell.
Terminator
That is almost a rerun of an accident I had a long time ago on the A3 at Roehampton. A stupid.... drove out of a red light as I was crossing a junction and hit me broadside, I managed to jump just before she hit me. I was so so, lucky as the other three lanes of rush hour traffic had stopped at pedestrian crossing as I tumbled over and over hitting railings at the side of the opposite side of the three lanes heading towards London. I got up found I was not badly hurt, ran to the car like a mad man, ripped open the drivers door and was just about to knock the drivers jaw out of the passenger window. I stopped as the driver was 80, and on her way to the local PO to post a letter. I cant remember what I said to her but I doubt it was polite. She kept insisting it was my fault. I was also very lucky that bike only suffered a bent foot rest. I borrowed a big hammer from a near by garage straighten it out and road home to Essex.
