Suggestion for next years' calendar..... add the forum name of the person who submitted the pic as a foot note if that can be done?

That's a good idea.

I know some of this years entries weren't photographically all that great (not pin sharp, underexposed, colour cast etc.) but then I'm picky and most people just vote for the small image they prefer on the screen. The only way around that would be for Rosie to be more strict but then those people would be upset their submissions got denied. It's a tough job.

There were 3 pictures that I very nearly put my foot down and said "No sorry" but I'd already done that to 1 that wasn't good enough quality and the fall out from that was bad enough. Plus by that point everyone had voted etc and to be honest I had posted up the rules and what res etc the pics needed to be and if that wasn't enough then... well... I gave up!!!

It looks fine to me:)

Is it damaged?

THat really pisses me off. Last years I wrote DO NOT BEND on them but they still did anyway.

It just has 3 fold marks through the middle of it.

Its common sense that if somethings in a hard envelope, you just dont fold it. That's royal mail for you:rolleyes:

Got mine yesterday..

well chuffed to see me on january!

If i do more photos of mine i am gonna use a better camera! I work in graphics and have done a couple of prints off from the same batch of images as that and they look ok, but in future i'll use a proper camera! only trouble is i only used a 3mpix camera as it was in my glove box at the time as i wasn't expecting to take any pic's!

Cheers Rosie, many thanks for your hard work..
