Bobbeh
Anyone willing to give this a go on their Supra? http://www.metacafe.com/watch/501379/remove_car_dent_with_airduster/
Rob
Hmmm, I've got a dent along a rounded fold line on my Audi, the dent's about 2p sized. I wonder if it's worth a shot.
SteveR
That truely is "AmAZING AND REVOLUTIONNING" Pretty cool, but I'm not trying it on anything I care about. I'm curious as to where the computre comes into it thought "JUST NEED HAIR DRYER AND AIRDUSTER FOR COMPUTER..... " Unless,.... is the chap arranging some sort of swap? Pete
I'm curious as to where the computre comes into it thought "JUST NEED HAIR DRYER AND AIRDUSTER FOR COMPUTER..... " It's stuff we use in the IT industry. We've got cans of it at work and sell it in the showroom. As above, it looks like a plastic bumper to me. jazz1
that body pannel sounds plastic to me. i think it is plastic because i drove a car exactly like that and i think the fronts wings were plastic
Jake
I don't think it's plastic. And there's several people in the comments who have tried on their cars after seeing this and said it worked for them. Gotta be worth a shot.

How much is it? or can you send me some? I've got a dent on my wing that is going to be replaced anyway, so I will give it a bash... nowt to lose!! Dr_Doom
Looks like the old technique we used to use on ping pong balls as kids. Heat it up & the dents just pop out! Sounds feasible.. I'd give it a go

Dr_Doom
I thought the same. There's definitely some demon apparition going on there!
Al Massey
iv used this technique plenty of times before and it does work on most dents, the smaller dents may need it doin a few times but it does work
fishman
if it does work its pretty clever IMO...
Angarak
Im going to try it on my Alhambra, couple of car park dents on it. You can buy air dusters from the likes of PCWorld and ebay.

Lukeyboy2k
I've just tried it with hair dryer and air duster from maplin. Nothing happened. Maybe I have the wrong kind of dents (fairly small - size of 1 pence piece). No further damage to paint work or anything though. Guess I'll just have to bite the bullet and acquire another door. Chris Wilson
It'll only work on biggish soft dents, the sort you could push out from behind the panel. The hairdryer expands the metal, the CO2 suddenly chills it, and the shock shrinks the metal slightly and hopefully pings the dent out. chilly
The spray works great on work mates. Walk up behind them when they are concentrating on the PC and a quick blast from the upside air duster on the ear works great! Dont hold it on too long though as it would probably snap the ear off!! Gord R
LOL this is pretty cool - i might have to get some tins of ebay and try it on the family laguna - there is a nice dent in the front wing i need removing!
